Spero Financial has been named one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in South Carolina, a distinction awarded by SC Biz News in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group.

The annual Best Places to Work program is designed to recognize outstanding places of employment in South Carolina. To be considered for participation, companies must meet eligibility requirements based on organizational size and operational history and complete a two-part evaluation.
Part one considers a company’s benefits and policies and part two evaluates employee engagement and satisfaction through a confidential employee survey. Scores are combined to determine the top companies and final rankings.
An awards ceremony will be held at the Columbia Convention Center on August 5, where Spero Financial and other recipients will receive their official award and ranking. In addition, all winners will be featured in a special edition of SC Biz Magazine in August.
