Spero Financial is giving away a $250 VISA Gift Card to four local families in need at the holidays.

The Upstate credit union is accepting nominations through December 10, 2021 for Operation Holiday Hope, a program that seeks to make the holidays a bit brighter for Upstate families.

“I am thrilled to announce we will be bringing back Operation Holiday Hope this year,” said Spero Financial President and CEO Brian McKay. “This is a simple way our organization can share a little holiday cheer with local families that need it most.”

The four winners will be selected from online nominations received through the Dec. 10 deadline. There is no purchase necessary to nominate a family in need. Those submitting nominations must be 16 years of age or older and will be asked to share why they believe the nominated family or individual should be selected.

Spero Financial will award the four VISA gift cards based on several factors including the reason for the submission and the number of individuals in the nominee’s household.
