History on Tap at the Bauernhaus

The Cherokee Path through South Carolina stretched from the Upstate to the Lowcountry. This month’s Heritage & History will explore how the famous route was used through time, where it led, what evidence of it remains, and many other questions about this leading point of intrigue in our state’s history.Meet the Anderson County Museum staff at the Carolina Bauernhaus Brewery & Winery for a taste of Anderson history. We’ll talk about Anderson’s history and culture at the brewery. Our program starts at 6:30 p.m. This month’s topic: the Cherokee Path.

Ten percent of proceeds go back to the help maintain the museum. Funds will go towards our new permanent exhibit, Andersonians in War.
