Decorate your strollers, trikes, scooters and wagons for a parade in Veterans Park. No bicycles, please, since the trail is narrow.
Participants are asked to assemble at the flag poles at 3:30 p.m. for the Pledge of Allegiance and the National Anthem. SC Rep. Jonathan Hill will speak.
