They’re back! Many of the holiday parades, festivals and celebrations that were sidelined last year due to COVID-19 are making a comeback this year as Anderson County towns host everything from tree lightings to ice skating.
Here’s a lineup of what’s in store, starting this weekend:
Anderson Christmas Lights, open daily Nov. Nov. 25 – Dec. 25, 5:30 p.m. – 10 p.m., 150 Rose Valley Boulevard, Anderson.
Historic Pendleton Tree Lighting, Nov. 26. at 6 p.m., Village Green.
Belton – Fork Shoals Christmas Parade, Nov. 28 at 3 p.m., Fork Sholas School on McKelvey Road.
Williamston’s Winter Wonderland, Nov. 28 at 6 p.m., 12 W. Main Street, Williamston.
Pendleton Christkindlmarkt, Fridays and Saturdays, Nov. 26 – Dec. 11 at 4:30 p.m., Village Green, Pendleton.
Town of Iva Tree Lighting, Dec. 2 at 6:30 p.m., Downtown Iva.
Downtown Anderson Tree Lighting, Dec. 3 at 6 p.m., Main at Whitner Street.
