If you’re looking for things to do on the weekend, try a little outdoor fun at Spring Farm Fun Days at Denver Downs Farm on May 8 and May 15.

“We’ve had many customers requesting that we have the farm open more days so that families can come out and enjoy this beautiful spring weather,” said Catherine Garrison, Denver Downs co-owner and event coordinator. “We’re answering their requests with Farm Fun Days this month.”

Farm Fun Days will be open 10 am until 5 pm on Saturday, May 8, and Saturday, May 15. Admission is $12 per person for ages three and up. Tickets are good all day and include more than 30 barnyard activities like the giant jumping pillow, haybales, ball zone, zip line, low ropes course, giant tricycles and dodgeball. The farm’s gem mine will be open at an additional cost. Tickets are available online or at the gate.

Denver Downs Farm is located along Hwy. 76 between Anderson and Clemson and has been in operation for more than 150 years. The farm’s corn maze has placed in the top 10 Corn Mazes in the country several times as determined by USA Today and has been featured in local and national media for innovative and fun agritourism.

Denver Downs Farm is also hosting its first outdoor live concert of the season on Saturday, May 22, featuring 2019 American Idol winner Laine Hardy, whose hot new releases include Ground I Grew Up On and Let There Be Country. Chris Bandi, known for Man Enough Now and upbeat country/Southern rock, will open the live concert.
